The customer expressly declares to agree to these conditions. Deviating agreements require the express written regulation, unilateral declarations by the customer, as well as any general terms and conditions of the customer, even if these are not expressly contradicted by SAUDI AUSTRIAN ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY, have no legal effect.
