The Shaolin Monastery is the most famous temple in China, renown for its kung fu fighting Shaolin warriors. With amazing feats of strength, flexibility, and pain-endurance, the Shaolin have created a worldwide reputation as the ultimate kung fu figthers.

The mastery of their Qi (body energy) through breathing and training allows them to make stone slabs, wooden boards and iron bars smash on their bodies and heads, to lie on spears, swords and beds of nails, to aim spearheads at their throat and even throw sowing needles through a pane of glass.
In their show the best masters and shamis (students), followed by their 75 year old grand master, present their incredible skills that go beyond the boundaries of physics.
